I am kinda shocked to get this type of trade out of the blue yet I cannot find the items they want to know value, what are these wings worth?

1. A 2014 store pet is worth an early '09 rare. Unfair to the cat.
2. 2019 store pets are worth a mid '10 rare each. The Pumpkin Eye is from Halloween 2009. I'd value it as a 2009 uncommon, or less, personally. The whole set would be worth a mid '09 rare or very rare according to this thread. Trade totals up to 1 '08 rare + 1.5 '09 rare based on my value for the item. I'd also call this unfair to the cat.
3. Comes to just under a '09 VR if you value the zodiac at face value, or over a '09 VR if you value the zodiac as 2 '09 rares.

Blue Fairy Goat is a Tier 1 Advent worth 3-4 mixed '09 rares
Cheshire Cat is a Tier 1 Advent worth 3-4 mixed '09 rares
Phoenix dog store pets are '13 store pets worth 2 '09 rares

Red Toxic is a mainlist dog worth a green toxic + a balloon dog, or 3 balloon dogs, or 63 mixed '09 rares, if I did conversions right. If I'm correct, the top needs to add ~49 '09 rares. You will want to try and ask for a second opinion from someone with more experience with the list!

If you go by the list;

Top:

Blue phoenix dog is worth 2 '09 rares
Lexi cake dog is a Tier 8 September list pet

Bottom:

Brown basilisk and Tropical Gryphon are both Tier 2 Advents

Tier 2 advents are worth 4-5 mixed '09 rares each. A Tier 8 September is worth approximately 41-50 mixed '09 rares.

It's unfair to the top if you go by the list. Please get a second opinion though! On face value alone, the Lexi cake dog was originally released 2008-09-10, so it's still unfair to the top.
