What would you contribute to the staff team ;; I feel like I can contribute realistic designs to the species, as well as some more semi-realistic colors! Although I am applying to be a ghost artist, I feel like I will still be able to put out a decent amount of adopts for the species!
What are some of your strengths and weaknesses ;; My strengths are definitely more realistic coat designs. I feel in my opinion, pretty skilled to basing a design off of a reference photo. I still struggle with creating line edits, but I do plan on working on those more down the line!
What is a situation where you would be biased in/have trouble with ;; to think off the top of my head, possibly being asked my opinion about artists. I am fairly critical with peoples designs, but I feel like if someone can show growth, then I would consider looking into them!

just dropping in to extend the offer of ghost artist - we would love to welcome you on the staff team! we all loved your designs and your answers to the form, so I think you will be a great addition to the team : >

per the nitty gritty: your official job would be making adopts/breedings/founders (free options). you will also have the option to do customs, however, as a ghost artist the ability to do customs on a paid basis will more or less vary based off of activity out of fairness to the other artists and to the community. since the species is still in it's formative stages, the adopts themselves are not yet open (as I am sure you know), but once we officially open you will be added to the lines! in the time being, you will be given access to the staff channels and beta part of the website and be otherwise treated as full staff. as a ghost artist you are still welcome to provide feedback, participate in any events, and do most of what any other staff member would have access to!

as this is solely an artist position and not something along the lines of a moderator (unless that is a position you are also searching for later on, we can discuss your ideas if that is the case), I do ask you extend the courtesy of staying friendly with the community members, and if you have any issues just send them over to myself / any of the mods and we can take care of it ^^ if you have any issues with that, let me know and we can discuss!

the specific benefits are still being determined (will be finalized closer to the opening as we will have more of an active staff presence), but should you choose to accept, you will be able to request/make a custom after you make one adopt! you can keep one of your entries you made, or make a new custom. up to you! since the adopts will not be opening yet, you are welcome to premake designs on these lines to transfer over (I'll add you to the main ones) while we wait for the new lines to be done :3c
