Since Return is a primarily genetics-based group, we'll be going out of our way to ensure that the nursery remains active and accessible to users. In order to do this, we'll be hiring an artist team specifically for breedings - a mix of guest artists and permanent additions to the staff team. Because nursery artists will be playing a much different, more specialized role than general artists, we've decided to separate the artist searches.
To try out as a nursery artist, you'll be using our breeding calculator to design 2 kits for at least 2 of the pairings below, both kitten and adult stage. While you are welcome to do more than two two-kit litters, this is the minimum required to be hired as either a permanent or guest artist. Please use this document and these guides as a reference, and don't be afraid to ask for help in our discord!
Remember to turn on the 'fake' layer - this helps people know that you haven't made a real cat! If you are specifically seeking either a permanent or guest artist position, please specify in your post.
If hired, guest artists will receive 1 free semi-random MYO per month and 2 supplies for every adopt, founder, or nursery kit they create.
