Will artists be paid or is this a 'volunteer' full-time artist position?

Is Oekaki required or are other art programs accepted?

Oekaki is required, as this is an on-Oekaki adoptable!
And artists are not paid per se but they do have access to items, customs and whatnot as most CS adopts are :)
