i adore the creative potential of these communities and i was hoping to try out creating a humble little species of my own. certainly nothing ground breaking, but i wanted to combine my love of avians, mythology, and the ocean into one creature and see how things went. i aim to have imagination and story telling to be at the forefront of these species. i am quite fond of world building and hope to develop this species into something quite neat alongside those who think this concept has the potential to work.
➣ i am leaning towards these mainly being free adopts, won over raffles, nurseries and events, though some may require payment on special occasions such as customs, this idea is not set in stone however.
➣ if an artist role sounds appealing to you, don’t hesitate to let me know, alongside how to best pay artists for their contributions.
➣ while i am familiar with your average adopt, i am brand new to community based species, so i still have a lot to learn, i would greatly appreciate any feed back, pointers, suggestions and critiques anyone might have, thank you for taking the time to read!

⊱ species introduction ⊰
Like the untamed winds they embody, anemoi are creatures that exemplify freedom; natural sea farers and adept explorers who thrive where the sky and water meet. they can be found in regions all over the map, from the warmest reaches of the tropics in the south, to the cold, and unforgiving edges of the north. be it for fame, fortune, exploration, or beyond, wherever the wind takes them, all anemoi have an innate reason for traversing the sea; to earn their wings and join the winds in flight.
