2.) He must never speak above a whisper, only he know what would happen if he yelled
3.) All candles must be blown out at exactly 3pm every day, never sooner, never later. Again, only he knows what would happen should he fail to do so.

While he may be adamant and on edge when it comes to these three rules, as long as M follows them exactly, he’s rather content and easy to please otherwise.
