Miller started his god-forsaken life on a poorly up-kept farm in [timaru]. His mother was a dutiful and humble farmcat, her long, golden fur dominating his earliest memories- the smell of hay.
From the beginning, there was an edginess growing within him, born from small, beating paws against his face as he attempted to press himself into the safe embrace of his mother's warmth. As his littermates emerged from their awkward, gangly skinbags into sprightly, skittish kittens excited to test their growing teeth on their smallest brother, Miller's relationship to his siblings did not improve. Even after they were sustained on fat mice chancing a trip out of the farmhouse walls to the trash bin (and loathesome dry pellets), Miller could not escape his fate as the practice his littermates needed in cruelty. His skills in evading torment stagnated after six moons, but still he grew rich in resentment.
His mother engaged them in stories of all sorts, but favourited by Miller were grim tales of poisonous fruits some cursed feral trees bore, gathered up by stoic and viciously intelligent wildcats and used to deploy espionage on rival clans. Pilgrimages through untamed bush to godless groves of evil trees were a proving ground for this extinct kind of wildcat to prove his right to survive.
Inspired, Miller would walk right up to the edge of the bush, heart thundering against his little ribcage, sniffing the air and imagining his life unbridled by the simmering rage which had begun to follow him like a cloud of smoke.

In the end, it was not poisonous berries that fell his most charismatic brother, it was a lack of oxygen encountered in the pond out back of the farmhouse. Miller found himself quite surprised when his mother's face soured when she found him there, soaking and shivering, stuck in a permanent sneer for the final few moments Miller would ever see it.
So as his paws began to ache and crack after hours plodding along gravel roads in the humid heat, Miller did all he could; ruminate. The only movement he could clock for miles was of wind-swept grass and grazing sheep.
His mind turned to cement as he gazed upon his impenetrable solitude; his blight of the social kind, his being cast out by god.

Sorry for the wait on this, we've been discussing options for the coat description haha.

The closest reference we could find is a chocolate-based agouti amber barless ticked tabby with low white. Here's the example Moza found. This is assuming the darker striping on the top of the main body is more stylized shading vs. tabby stripes.

If you want it to be a type of mackerel or broken mackerel, then darker stripes on the legs would have to be added.

If you're cool with the amber description, then you're free to remove the fake tag and add the numbering to the title. If you want the coat description to be different, then we can discuss what your vision was and how we can get there!
