It's hard to stay attached to things during a revolution, especially when your wife is leading it. At half a second's notice, she might have had to drop everything and run. Evira might have had nothing all over again. As such, one might expect that in her newfound life of luxury as queen, she'd love her finery more than everything else in the seas.

Not so, as of all the things Evira could possibly adore, it's xer daughter Elianora. She'd been such a little fry when xer wife had declared war on the kingdom, so squishy and vulnerable. Evira spent so much of her time trying to ensure Elianora could grow up relatively unscathed that it would be impossible to say she loved anything or anyone else more.
