Well yes. Tico would call water her element. It though wasnt always like that. When she was just a small girl, she refused to go further into any water than she was able to stand. Her parentes always tried to teach her how to swim, but the had no chance. Little Tico stubbornly refused. While others were swimming, she stood in shallow waters and watched. Until she made a friend, that was able to change her mind. That friend taught her how to swim and built up her confidence in water. Now she loves spending her time swimming. She is not the fastes, or the best at it, but that doesnt matter to her.
