Abbie is obsessed with water in a way that is just... completely absurd. If a hose or sink is running, you can't leave it unattended, she'll jam her noggin right under the stream. Temperature doesn't seem to bother her too much, even during Winter her handler has to keep a tight grip and firm stance at the beach, otherwise she's going to rip the lead away and run right into the water- or worse, drag her handler in for a brackish icy bath as well!

Streams around Autumn are a no-go zone for Abbie because of the fish spawning season, she's too eager to roll around in the mess it leaves and prance about in the water harassing the fish. In the hottest Summer days, Abbie's handler fills a big metal trough with water for her, and she paddles and splashes around in there all day long! It's hard to get her back out, luckily she can't jump too high so moving her step ladder prevents her from jumping back in. It's just the wet dog wrestling to get her out that's a struggle...
