These cuties are computer bugs programs come to life! Joltterbugs (or Joltbugs for short), are slightly bigger than your average tablet and feed off of static charges and current electricity that can be found in your home! They use their raptorial claws and antennas to communicate across distances with each other, and the cables on their ends to consume energy. Grab yourself one today!

Prompt; It's quite a challenge to locate this bug. There's an abandoned building in town, you see, used to rent out the space to businesses. Had an office, an arcade. No one will buy the building nowadays, 'cause it isn't up to code - and the demographics that usually jump to go poke around in such a place won't touch the place either. You feel like you're being watched when you go in, they say; sometimes your arm hair will just stand on its end for no good reason, the air feeling "charged". The power's supposed to be out, but the ceiling EXIT signs still glow red and no one is brave or curious enough to figure out why. They're happy to take the message and get the hell out of there.
There's a reason why it feels so off in there. A joltterbug calls the empty space it's home, and it's main goal is to make sure it stays empty. Lord knows how there's enough power to feed it, but it's alive and healthy, and spends its days feeding off the electricity that was once used to power dozens of office computers and arcade machines and refrigerators. It collects things, piling up paper scraps and bits of dirt into designated corners. Any new matter that clings to the shoes of unwanted visitors and gets stuck in the moist carpet is scraped out, and those visitors scared away with the bugs Intimidating Aura. It stays hidden during these times, in the walls or in the vents or under the remaining furniture, but the electricity sparking off of it is enough to freak most people out.
Why does it go through such efforts to keep the place empty, and keep it clean?
It's protecting something.
It doesn't remember what. Does it matter?
