name; Indra (fable 34 entry mentions her too)
where they got the leaves from?; Indra had a magical presence that drew the children to her as if she were a beacon of light. Each day after the sun peeked over the hills, giggles could be heard echoing through the meadow as the children raced to her side, eager for another adventure with their friend.
One bright morning, as the air was filled with the sweet scent of blooming jasmine, the children had a different idea. They were inspired by the beauty of their carefree surroundings and began gathering leaves that adorned the trees. With mischievous smiles, they concocted a plan to adorn Indra’s mane and tail with the vibrant leaves.
As she trotted about, her soft hoofbeats melting into the rhythm of the meadow, the children approached with handfuls of leaves— long gorgeous stems that resembled those of a willows. They giggled, whispering, “Let’s make her the most beautiful of all!”
Indra, sensing their playful intentions, lowered her head slightly as the children climbed aboard, their laughter spilling into the air. One by one, they threw the leaves into her mane, creating a tapestry of colors that twinkled against her white coat. They adorned her with garlands, placing leaves as crowns upon her head. (200)
