Name: CSK's Add A Little Spice | Cinnamon
Gender: Female
Name Meaning: Cinnamon is my favourite! It also matches the personality in the prompt <3
Prompt: (may come back and add more)
Much like her name sake, Cinnamon can be rather bitter and overwhelming when on her own. Spicy is definitely a word others use in regards to her. For example, the timid
Breeze will spot the collie heading towards him and flattern his ears, tail tucked between his legs. Cinnamon will pad around him in circles until he feels dizzy, asking questions without a breath in between for an answer. "Why are your white patches that colour? Where did you get that bow?".
Or
Comet, who's usually up for anything, will open his mouth to greed her and instead have a pawful of leaves shoved into his mouth. "These leaves taste kind of like milk, isn't that weird?!" Cinnamon will exclaim, staring intently into his eyes as she waits for an answer. But all he can do is cough out the mouthful, grimacing at leaves that just taste like damp and mud. Cinnamon will roll her eyes and growl a "fine, don't answer," before stalking off.
Despite how overwhelming she can be, something the other collie's in the kennel fond hard to tolerate, that all changes when she's paired with something
sweet.
Paradox may look scary at first, bones lining her collar, but anyone who's met her knew she was a big softie who loved to collect plushies and play games with any animal shelter coukd find. So when she announced Cinnamon was her mate, the other collie's were left blinking in surprise. It turned out to be a perfect match! Cinnamon's overpowering energy was guided by Paradox's unending ideas for games to play. Collies like
Aritiri found themselves forgetting past instances with Cinnamon, instead enjoying the thrill of playing with the complimenting pair, Paradox thinking up ideas and Cinnamon always willing to be the least desired player, such as the seeker running this way and that as the others yipped in joy while hiding.
Some collies still found Cinnamon too much, even as a duo.
Jayfeather would growl as they raced past, pulling his stick closer and shaking his head as if he couldn't understand how anyone coulr want to run around so pointlessly. But that was okay, because Cinnamon knew her mate enjoyed figuring things out, even if it was which collies were safe to ask to play with!
