- Cooldown of 2 weeks for users, and for cattiles. (So a cattile that was just bred can't just be transferred to another user)
- No wait period after adopted (or MYO is made)
- All parents must be official/approved
- All owners must approve a breeding
- 2 parents in a breeding unless some other circumstance dictates
- Both parents must be adults
