Prompt: this hen is terrified of eggs. she cannot fathom being confident to not harm them since they are so small, fragile and just waiting for her to accidentally step on one. perhaps fall on another? or even try and peck an insect going by and rather sinking her shiny beak into the thin shell of an innocent egg. she swears to never have a clutch of her own, terrified she would most certainly bring them harm, even if accidental. she refuses to nest sit for others or watch over young chicks. soprano believes herself too clumsy to be safe.

xxxxxxPhobo is absolutely terrified of a very specific blue bucket that mysteriously seems to move to different places through out the day. Just the sight of the bucket sends her into a frenzied panic, fluttering and shrieking all through out the coop...she claims it's haunted! She never hesitates to warn other Chimkins about the dangers that live within the blue bucket.

xxxxxxIt's not just any ordinary bucket either, no...it has a distinct scratch mark that runs up the side of it leading to a crack in the rim. It's extremely easy to tell it apart from the other various buckets that are used everyday!

xxxxxxHow did she become so scared of a bucket though? Well, it all started one day when the bucket was being used to carry a few catfish for a pond that was being dug within the yard.

xxxxxxCurious, a much younger Phobo approached the bucket and peeked her head over the rim of it and came face to face with what she thought was a monster! It had an enormous mouth with long whiskers that twitched beneath the water that held it, its eyes shone brightly against the mid-day sun as it opened and closed its mouth repeatedly.

xxxxxxPhobo practically flew up into the air and scrambled her way back into the safety of the coop, hiding herself beneath a stack of hay for the remainder of the day.

xxxxxxAnd to this very day, though many years have past since the bucket incident, she still stays far away from it.
