For eyes: Heterochromia needs to be rolled for has 25% passing. When not rolled for eye can be any shade of purple or any shade of green.
Mane and tail dye doesn't pass.

If tokens from shop when open are won and used on foals, please do not use similar markings or colors or at least not together.

Well, I see a bat which is Batman, but I don't know what that side symbol is. The purple and green makes me think of the Joker.

You got some^^ The eye is also a different hint than the hooves though maybe not as who I am thinking of doesn't wear it but sometimes has flowers or things purple near her. The mane and tail also based off of someone.
