Note-
When an artist makes a Homo. (SplSpl) Splash Deer they will roll
for deafness at a 25% Rate of chance, if they do roll for deafness
it will be listed in the Deers notes. Also if they have deafness from
the splash it is not guaranteed to pass to offspring but it boost's the
chance to 35% if the Fawn is Het. (Splspl), and if the Fawn is Homo.
(SplSpl) it boost's the chances to 45%.
