Well, I wrote a 1000 words long essay about why I love autumn as a challenge once. I guess you want the short version of it xD
I simply love the colours. The leaves that change, the pumpkins, the chestnuts, the sunlight. But I also love the darker sides. Halloween, fog, Allhallows, and so on. And the food. Pumpkin soup, red cabbage (what also makes a great soup), sweet chestnuts... do I need to list any more? I could go on for hours xD

Prompt: Fall is by far the best time of the year. The weather is perfect and the leaves of the trees are beautiful. Warm apple cider at a pumpkin patch on a cool day is always what I think of. But, in my opinion, Spooky season is the best thing about fall. The thrill of haunted houses and attractions, horror movies that keep you watching, and Halloween where you can dress up however you want. Autumn is truly the best time of the year.
