I did make a spin the wheel for rarities and this one still ended up with common so I really tried to use the markings to convey the pastel decorative cuteness. Also decided to give this one little heart shinnies in the eyes. <3

This was fun and had me looking up a bunch of cute pastel things. (I have a pastel board on Pinterest now XD)
