The Lone Bashkir Curly horse is a very unique and set apart breed. They are well known for their curly coats, caused by many gene mutations, and their versatility. Lone Curly Horses are often found as chestnut, but have a wide variety of colors, some more rare than others. They range in height from 13-16 hands, but are often found between 14-15 hands. These horses are found wild in Nevada, USA. Although they are wild, they are also known for their calm and gentle nature. Lone Bashkir Curly Horses got their name due to them not staying in herds with other horses. Since they are always separated, they often wander far into owned land and cause disruptions. They have very much grown in population, causing problems and wreaking havoc, therefore creating the need for a relocation organization. The LBC Organization is running a rehoming program to protect these horses while still preserving them. If you're interested, keep an eye out for LBCs looking for a new place to call home!

Prompt: Dork's perfect day is, in general, a peaceful one. One where the children don't come to him for a riding lesson, but instead just for some cuddles or other activities. He loves the kids, just not the riding.
The calm stallion is particularly fond of one of the neighbour's kids, a nice girl who likes to sit in his stall and read stories to him out loud. Not that he truly understands them, but the sound of her soft voice lulls him to sleep.
The day gets even better when the son of the riding school teacher, on his way to stables that need to be mucked out, feeds him delicious selfmade horse treats.
BUT it's only a perfect day if he manages to bring both of these humans together. In Dork's opinion, the two are meant for each other and he seeks any opportunity to make them stumble across each other.
He loves getting attention. But he simply loves playing matchmaker even more. Any moment these two spend together is a joy to him. Even if that requires him to do silly things, like escaping from the lead rope when the boy holds it, and running to the girl's house to chew away at their cabbage field. He doesn't understand much, but they seem to talk to each other a lot then. That's a win... Right?
