The peacemaking Softhearts and magical Tinyhearts are protected by their larger bunny and ferret friends; Stronghearts and Ironhearts, respectively.

One day Beau and their friend had a passionate argument over who should have the last delicious piece of carrot cake. In a quick scuffle to lunge for the cake one careless bump from the friend send Beau tumbling over the edge and roll down a steep hill. The hill ended in very thorny brambles. The friend ran after them and managed to pull Beau back out, but some of the briars scratched them very deep and it left scars. From that day on the friends made sure to not fight over yummy treats next to hills.
