theory; If you were to turn the ocean on Earth inside out, it would essentially look like another Earth, but with fish instead of humans populating it. They believe that non-domesticated fish (or fish that haven't come into contact with humans) have just as much intellect as a human and have created their own dominion under the water. They believe that the fish even have their own civilizations and languages. Another thing to add on to this theory is that Mollie believes that these secret societies of fish have already gained the knowledge of how to build technology that would put them at a level beyond human comprehension and they have been using global warming to extend their dominion onto land and beyond.

This theory gets more complicated but, the gist is basically that fish are more intelligent than others could even begin to comprehend.
