Silver Vine Cattle are highly Prized for both thier meat and their milk, their Meat is like that of wagyu, and thier milk production is high and good in quality. Believed to have descended from a Corss of Japanese beef cattle (black, Polled and short horned) and a Holstein, they stand at about 4 Foot tall (often times a bit taller) and weigh in at around 1,400 pounds.
