it was a peaceful at the sanctuary for once, mostly because of the fact that confetti had gone missing for a large portion of the day. kira had been looking for them a while, concern as to where their partner had gotten off to. after hours of searching, to no avail, out of the blue, confetti came barreling towards them. kira was thankful of course, but confused.
“where have you been you little rasc- oh!” they grumbled at their partner pokemon, but stopped in surprise. confetti had something with them, presumably what had cause them to run at kira before. she tapped excitedly at kira, looking back and forth from them to the object. kira tilted their head, confused. it was an egg! kira, still confused, but happy for their partner sighed and smiled.
