You need to have a more specific/dedicated place for your Pack's information where you can list and track everything about them. Your TH won't work unless you make a folder for your Pack and keep the Pack's info in the description of it or make an additional character for info storage. Threads in the "Character Storage" forum, a Wiki in TCC's Amino, a channel in TCC's Discord, and your own website are all accepted methods of having a place for your Pack and their info. Other things may work too (ex. google docs) as long as the information is available to the public.
Here's a few examples of what other people have done for their Packs: Enthralia Pack - Website, Pinewatch - Amino Wiki, The Whispering Woods - Thread on CS, Addercrest Pack - Thread on CS.

Your Founder needs to be at least a Young Adult. Having them be 3 years old would make them a Kit, and Kits aren't allowed to be Founders since they're too young. You can find the info for their age system here.
