Neko the Meowgatito, Hero name: Cat Scratch Champion. He stood on top of a wall, his eyes scanning the city for threats. His back paws were stuffed into bright blue boots that reached just below his knees. He was dressed in a darker blue, stretchy fully body suit. It hugged his body, but the material breathed well and allowed for superior mobility. A zipper blended seamlessly down the front, stopping up at a V-neck cut. There was CSC emblazoned in bright glittering gold displayed proudly on his chest. His gloves were tipped with golden claws, made of a harder material than his natural claws so that he could do more damage with each strike. He was finishing up his last year at U.A. High School. He would soon be a full-fledged hero and defend Japan from villains.

Neko stood waiting in the dark room, ready to drag their claws down a chalkboard whenever another Pokemon passed by them to give that eeriness to the room. It often worked very well, Neko smilled when some of the Pokemon jumped or ran quickly forward through the house. When that failed to send the Pokemon fleeing, Neko would shine a light onto his charm, creating a spooky shining light on the ground. He would then move it around in a bobbing patten, making it seem as if it were flittering from place to place. When that failed to startle anyone, he would use his quick attack to dash through the room, pretending to be a spooky specter. Sometimes, there were just some Pokemon who were hardened against getting frightened. The young cat enjoyed his job and loved seeing all the other Pokemon's responses to his small pranks and tricks.
