A small non-binary Espurr with some accessories. A non-binary colored beaded bracelet on her wrist, a non-binary colored Brazilian bracelet on her ankle, and a pink crystal necklace on her neck, which can be opened to reveal a photo of the pokemon with its trainer.
I also added a bonus reference with the spheres that give Espurr psychic powers. According to information from this species, he and Meowstic hide them under his ears to calm their power. I was inspired by that and some official Meowstic designs to make it ^w^
