here you will find NPC's that could give you a Moor-dog.... and, in this event there is a 40% chance of getting an ULTA-RARE from an NPC.
in the Summer event we use "shells" as money!

10C$ = 20 shells
20C$ = 30 shells
30C$ = 40 shells
40C$ = 200 shells

very common = 5 shells
common = 10 shells
uncommon = 20 shells
do i keep my shells?
yes! you keep track of them, and if you still have some at the end of the event, you keep them till next summer event!
