The Lone Bashkir Curly horse is a very unique and set apart breed. They are well known for their curly coats, caused by many gene mutations, and their versatility. Lone Curly Horses are often found as chestnut, but have a wide variety of colors, some more rare than others. They range in a height of 13-16 hands, but are often found between 14-15 hands. These horses are found wild in Nevada, USA. Although they are wild, they are also known for their calm and gentle nature. Lone Bashkir Curly Horses got their name due to them not staying in herds with other horses, like most do. Since they are always separated, they often wonder far into owned land and cause disruptions. They have very much grown in population, and many problems have arose, therefore creating the LBC Organization. The LBC Organization is running a rehoming program to protect these horse's while still preserving them. If you're interested, keep an eye out as many are posted for rehoming daily.

Show Name: Midnight Sun Season
Barn Name: Sunny
Gender: Stallion
Height: 15.2 hh
Halter: Golden yellow
Prompt: With a mane that contrasts the rest of his body how can Sunny not be a show off? He often tries to prance around the pasture showing off his mane. When new people or horses show up he tries to be the center of their attention so they can see his magnificent light colored locks! Despite the outer confidence he parades around with he really has a small insecurity about his mane, he wishes his mane and tail were longer line those Friesian horses or Lipizzaner horses with flowing locks. He knows if it could just grow a little longer it would be beyond glorious and others would be even more envious.

Show Name: Seal the Cracks
Barn Name: Glue
Gender: Stallion
Height: 14.1 hh
Halter: Eye color, please!
Prompt: Glue is actually terrified of his silver hair! His handlers keep it trimmed short so he doesn’t spook every time it falls into his eyes, but before they realized this was the cause poor Glue was an anxious and fidgety mess. Once two and two were put together, this stallion became as docile and eager to learn guy! Funny thing is, when he sees others with the silver gene, he isn’t bothered one bit by their hair, just his own.
