The Lone Bashkir Curly horse is a very unique and set apart breed. They are well known for their curly coats, caused by many gene mutations, and their versatility. Lone Curly Horses are often found as chestnut, but have a wide variety of colors, some more rare than others. They range in a height of 13-16 hands, but are often found between 14-15 hands. These horses are found wild in Nevada, USA. Although they are wild, they are also known for their calm and gentle nature. Lone Bashkir Curly Horses got their name due to them not staying in herds with other horses, like most do. Since they are always separated, they often wonder far into owned land and cause disruptions. They have very much grown in population, and many problems have arose, therefore creating the LBC Organization. The LBC Organization is running a rehoming program to protect these horse's while still preserving them. If you're interested, keep an eye out as many are posted for rehoming daily.

Prompt:
“Leizen, ready for breakfast?” Leizen turns his head toward the corner of his stall, ears turned sideways as he flicks his tail, very obviously dismissing the breakfast giver. A chuckle, a scoop and flake later and as soon as they’re on their way he digs in.
“Leizen, stop fidgeting with the bit, will ya?” An exasperated handler chimes out. Leizen perks briefly before huffing, loudly, and turning his ears sideways, head and neck dipping downward. Leizen clearly sulked with the command, but he dutifully stopped trying to move the bit around and get his tongue over it.
“Leizen, leave it!” A voice yelled across the pasture, watching as the golden stallion pinned his ears and stood, stiffly, in front of a large, unfamiliar dog. The dog growled lowly, watching the horse. Leizen grumbled but turned away, ears sideways as usual at the command, but trotter toward the fence line without another order. Patting him as they waited for the dog to move on, the man sighed with relief before rubbing Leizen’s forehead comfortingly.
“You want dinner now?” He asked, and Leizen lifted his head for a moment, then turned his nose away; his ears flipped outward in offense at such a question, but his tail didn’t flick to dismiss the man. “Alright, let’s get going.” The man chuckled, grabbing his halter and pulling him for a moment to get him to follow.
for lack of a better term, Leizen is a bit haughty but he’s obedient to a fault.
