Breeding: Pascel is only able to be bred for the Nursery Artist search. As such, he does not follow cooldown, and can be bred with any other npc or nursery stud! Please note that his children (Nursery Search batches) are only claimable if I (LavenderRain) post on the batch that they are. Unclaimed hatchlings are considered null and are not usable
Under Reference: Pascel has no under reference as he does cover anything important (under wing and paintbrush is just more tan)
