event intro/lore
goomas is about celebrating new life and the birth of goos… but it’s also more than just that!
because goos are born sentient and capable, the moment they come into existence they begin to make decisions that shape them as goobies. one common goomas tradition known as the ‘goobening’, involves hosting a party and inviting every goo and goob to join in. during this goomas party, several bowls and containers are laid out on the floor that contain an assortment of foods and materials. the goos are then allowed to explore the arrangement one at a time, often times lured to a few favorite items, which will end up shaping who they are in the future!

welcome to our goomas event!
this event will be playing a little differently than you might be used to...
everyday there will be a new set of tasks to earn our goomas currency, snowflakes.
completing the main task earns you 10 snowflakes, while completing the secondary task will earn you 5 snowflakes.


• a staff member will post to start and end days.
  
• you may complete both the main and secondary task.
  
• you are not required to complete any certain number of tasks.
• if you don’t have a goob, you may use a friend’s goob, as long as you have their permission!
  additionally, you can find a list of some users who allowed others to use their goobies here.
• if you have any questions, please pm a staff member or post it on our discord!
• as always, snowflakes as well as any items or goobies earned through the event may be traded, sold, or gifted.

survey response: i'm excited about being able to participate in this event more!! the halloween one i didn't have as much time for, but i'm optimistic that this go around i'll be able to really get into it! i'm stoked for booths, for adopts and potentially purchasing some edit items for my pre-existing goobies! i'm just stoked about the whole thing honestly. i may be a TOTAL grinch when it comes to the holidays, but i love winter events for species and i love goobies, so this is bound to be a blast!
