how has this year challenged or changed you?: I found new friends that are kind and support me, and I’ve been challenged with making these friends, because I don’t feel social a lot. I think my writing skill were improved a lot, and I’ve found things that I like doing.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: I figured out more about deep rooted issues that I didn't know I had to deal with, but thankfully this year also inspired me to take the steps to improve my mental health.

how has this year challenged or changed you?:
This year has challenged me to my wits end mentally and physically. I have been in and out of severe depression breakdowns and no motivation to do anything in my life anymore. I really havent had motivation to do anything anymore. I have also learned so many things about myself like my sexuality and more about who I am.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: A lot happened this year, lots of people going away and new people coming, meeting my best friend again (now boyfriend lol) changed me for a better person, I'm really glad for that. I left a really toxic relationship earlier this year and it actually made everything better, I didn't feel bad for it, only peace somehow. I also made a lot of progress in my life ! I'm happy <3

how has this year challenged or changed you?: this year has been the most challenging year of my life. I’ve had to do a lot of growing up and I’ve learned that I can’t care what others think. I just don’t have the energy to put into caring about anything other than what I need to do to get things done. I think this year has changed me a lot. I’ve had to learn a lot about money and about mental health and about life really, and make a lot of life changes that better align with where I want to be someday. My physical health is declining and I think that had changed me in a lot of ways, many of which are irreversible, and that’s a challenge for me to accept but I’m getting there, and that makes me happy to know I’m making progress <3

how has this year challenged or changed you?:
this year has been a wild ride, but i feel confident now that i can say it’s all been for the better. i left kalon staff this year, which has been a huge and extremely difficult decision to make, but it has also given me the chance to experience life in a whole new way. i have a new job that is exciting and really rewarding, and i feel as though i am coming into the person i want to be. i still dearly miss the whole staff team, but i already see how making more time to focus on other areas of my life has helped me to overcome some of my big challenges and grow as a person. i know i can always do better, always learn more, but this year i can celebrate a lot of progress too.

how has this year challenged or changed you?: School has been tough, I think Ive developed a lot more anxiety and depression ever since COVID came. On the bright side, I have made an amazing friend who makes tough things easier ^^
