Story:
Robin was taking a walk on a frosty morning when he heard a small chirp. Padding over to the noise he noticed a small bird fallen out of its nest. Gently picking up the bird, he brought it to his humans who placed the bird in a box. Over the next few weeks the humans cared for the bird with Robin watching tenderly. Robin decided he'd name the bird Thunder. Thunder soon followed Robin everywhere. At night Thunder refuses to sleep in his box and will cuddle down into Robin's soft fur.

Story: Finch used to be named Tiki, and she has always been a bit of a Disney princess.. She hums songs to herself while going for walks, retrieving the morning paper, and completing her other tasks. She is meticulously neat and clean. Most of all, small animals love her and she befriends them wherever she goes. It is not uncommon at all to see little mice approach and rest on her paw, or a butterfly land on her nose, or anything else of the sort. However usually these are just casual visitors who spend a short while with her before going on their way. However one day she met a small baby bird which had fallen from its nest. She was at a loss for what to do, until the little bird began chirping, hungry for food. Tiki's instincts took over and she grabbed a small insect delicately between her teeth, feeding it to the little hatchling. When the chick quieted, Tiki realized all it had needed was a meal and it would probably want to stay warm and digest its food, so she carefully nosed it onto the fur of her tail, where it stayed warm and took a nap. When Tiki's owner called, this time she did not stand up and go to them, but remained in one spot. They were so shocked that they thought something had happened to her, and raced into the yard to check on their baby. Alas, she was safe, but now she had a little one to look out for! The humans couldn't bear to let anything bad happen to the baby bird, but they knew that it needed help beyond what Tiki might be capable of on her own. They researched the proper feeding of baby Goldfinches and bought a heat lamp to keep it warm. As the little bird grew up and began to fly, it took to resting on Tiki's shoulder and going around the block with her on walks. Everyone in the neighborhood began commenting on 'that finch' which went along with her, and eventually the moniker stuck. Tiki became known as Finch, and the little bird was dubbed Goldie.

This little friendship didn't exactly start out in the best way.

Sylvester was just laying outside, enjoying the sunlight and the quiet but pleasant afternoon until he saw something yellow out of the corner of his eye. As he turned his head to look at it, it was gone so he shrugged it off, then he saw it again to his left so he glanced to his side but it disappeared once more. Knowing that he was probably being toyed with, he just decided to ignore it, moving his head down to rest on his paws to sleep for a little bit.

His 5 seconds of attempted sleep were going great until he felt a small weight on top of his head, he swatted it away with his paw and went back to what he was doing. That only lasted 5 more seconds till the weight returned, with a grumble it was removed once more via swatting, he also placed his paws on his head so whatever it was couldn't use that method to annoy him. Unluckily for him, his newfound company was quite creative, soon enough he felt a peck on his right cheek and he snapped at whatever it was, not intending to hurt it but to simply scare it away. It didn't work however, right after he did that a peck came to his left check, with a sigh he finally opened his eyes.

It was a bird, a small one in fact, that was very determined to make sure he wasn't able to have a nap. Getting up with a huff, he stared at the little creature, leaning his face close to it "So the thing that's been bothering the everloving biscuits out of me is a tweety bird? Don't you have something better to do? Go annoy someone else" he told the bird, softly growling at it before he walked back to his home, he didn't feel like being out and about anymore. Right behind him, the avian followed, it was not at all scared of the big dog since it could tell it was just bark and no bite... That afternoon at Sylvester's house was filled with a lot of barking and almost laugh-like chirping.

After a few months and a bunch of encounters between them, the two ended up actually getting along, the old dog soon came to learn that when his small buddy was bored he'd do absolutely everything to get someone's attention so they could play with him. Which was exactly the reason why Sylvester got pestered so frequently at first before making that discovery, even with that helpful tip that he found out, it doesn't mean that he won't bicker with Tweety (he couldn't help himself, from the day they met the name stuck) when the tiny bird gets a little bit too rough with his playing, but it's in a friendly way. His pal is full of energy, Sylvester loves watching him fly around while he happily chirps, he can barely keep up sometimes when they're going somewhere, regularly having to run to catch up to his speed.

Nevertheless, they also have moments of calm, usually with Sylvester relaxing on his owner's sofa while Tweety is nestled between his paws, singing whatever comes to his little bird mind.
