Welcome to the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project
Euphorian Thoroughbreds are a rare string of the Thoroughbred breed. They come from a single farm simply called “Euphoria” that has horses with mutated genes. These allow them to be able to possess any realistic coat or markings, but otherwise, they share the same long, strong legs, powerful hind, and great speed of ordinary Thoroughbreds. They can grow from 15hh-18hh, though usually are somewhere in the middle.
The horses readopted through the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project are looking for a new loving home and a new job. They’ve tried racing and have either retired or decided the sport wasn’t for them. Either way, they are ready for the next chapter in their life. Pick how your Euphorians move forwards!

Kastor has a hard time trusting others because he was hurt badly in the past. The first time he ever fell in love, he put his very heart and soul into the relationship, sparing no expense for his beloved. In return, she was critical and even downright cruel! This happened so slowly that he hardly even noticed. Worst of all, her sneaky ways made it seem as though everything were his fault, so he was always portrayed as the bad guy and loved his beautiful mare too much to ever tell others what was happening within their stall. As time went on he began working on himself, practicing both dressage and barrel racing, and this built up his confidence to the point where he could finally put his hoof down and say "no more!" To this day he keeps his heart guarded and doesn't open up easily, always wary of how others will seem once they show their true colors.

Castor feels as if other horses hold no understanding of him. Ever since he was just a colt he was subjected to being made fun of by others. He simply viewed the world in a different way. Castor would rather stare up into the sky than play with the other foals. Even as he grew in age the torment never stopped. Mares would ask him out as a joke just to go back to their friends giggling. Any other stallions whoever tried to get close to him only did it with bad intentions. By 3 years of age Castor finally accepted that he just was unable to fit in with the others and shut down all attempts at friendship. Still to this day does he believe anyone trying to get to know him has bad intentions. Pushing others away has become a coping method for him.
