Welcome to the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project
Euphorian Thoroughbreds are a rare string of the Thoroughbred breed. They come from a single farm simply called “Euphoria” that has horses with mutated genes. These allow them to be able to possess any realistic coat or markings, but otherwise, they share the same long, strong legs, powerful hind, and great speed of ordinary Thoroughbreds. They can grow from 15hh-18hh, though usually are somewhere in the middle.
The horses readopted through the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project are looking for a new loving home and a new job. They’ve tried racing and have either retired or decided the sport wasn’t for them. Either way, they are ready for the next chapter in their life. Pick how your Euphorians move forwards!

Especially just before a show, when the pre run anxiety hits, it becomes mind over matter. She just allows her body to come to stillness; breathe in, breathe out. Her eyes close, and she turns to feeling the world around her instead of seeing it. The rhythm of the crowd, of her rider breathing on her back, the steady thrum of activity outside the arena walls, excited and colorful in her mind's eye. It always does exactly what she needs it to: her heart rate slows, her muscles relax, and her focus sharpens. When the starting bell rings, she's ready for the competition.

When all else fails and she feels as if her blood is boiling with, she walks it off. Often on a shady forest path, she allows herself be mindful of her surroundings and let her worries slip away. Instead of focusing on the previous confrontation, she pays extra special attention to the sounds of the birds or a nearby creek, or the texture of the trail she is on. Her favorite is when she takes a walk after rain, the smell of the damp earth is one way to quickly calm her. But the one thought that really calms her, is that if someone wrongs her, karma will have its way with them.
