Welcome to the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project
Euphorian Thoroughbreds are a rare string of the Thoroughbred breed. They come from a single farm simply called “Euphoria” that has horses with mutated genes. These allow them to be able to possess any realistic coat or markings, but otherwise, they share the same long, strong legs, powerful hind, and great speed of ordinary Thoroughbreds. They can grow from 15hh-18hh, though usually are somewhere in the middle.
The horses readopted through the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project are looking for a new loving home and a new job. They’ve tried racing and have either retired or decided the sport wasn’t for them. Either way, they are ready for the next chapter in their life. Pick how your Euphorians move forwards!

• homemade pink lemonade! who doesn't enjoy a fresh lemonade under the sun? roxy likes to add a variety of fruits in every once in a while, especially cherries since they're one of her favorite fruits!
  
• lemon loaf! roxy has always loved the tanginess of lemons, but turning them into a cake-like loaf of bread takes it to another level. she goes crazy for this treat.
• fruit smoothies! roxy is pretty basic and mostly enjoys strawberry banana smoothies, but sometimes she'll spice it up with some raspberry orange! just let her know your preferences and she'll gladly whip up something to suit your tastes.
• sweet potato pie! this marshmallow-covered, sugar-filled treat is one of roxy's favorites. it was her mother's favorite and she apparently passed that same affinity on to roxy.
• strawberry lemon blondies! strawberry shortcake is one thing, but that mixed with blondies is another story completely. blondies, or vanilla brownies, go very well with strawberries and adding lemon to that mix is the icing on the cake—literally.
• banana bread muffins! muffins are almost always good anyway, but combining that concept with banana bread is genius. the first time she ever had one of these, she wolfed it down within seconds. you could say it made her go bananas...
• rocky road ice cream! true to her name, roxy loves this chocolatey wonder. it's just so sweet and fluffy with the marshmallows and the pecans give it the perfect amount of crunch, to the point where she just doesn't want to stop eating it!

Shimmer is more of a dessert kinda gal and not as great with cooking as she is with baking sweet treats, so everything will be a dessert!

Recipe 1: Dirt pudding - super simple but a classic that's sure to be loved by all thanks to the comforting nature of the ingredients! All you need is some chocolate pudding, crush up some Oreos to sprinkle over the pudding, and a nice handful of colorful happy gummi worms to poke out of the "dirt" you've just made!
Recipe 2: Rainbow Cookies - what better way to celebrate pride than with a dessert that has rainbow in the name? While this Italian-based dessert may not cover all colors of the rainbow, they're very tasty nonetheless!
Recipe 3: Rainbow ice pops - it is summer after all, and Shimmer wants to make sure morale is high and dehydration/heat stress is low with the help of these celebratory rainbow ice pops! Don't like one of the fruits listed here in the recipe? No prob, just let Shimmer know and she can swap it out with a new fruit of the same color!
