Fact: The quagga is an extinct subspecies of zebra. Due to being a subspecies instead of an independent species though, it may be possible to bring it back through selective breeding! The Quagga Project aims to do that.
("Herleef" is Afrikaans for "Revive" or "Relive". Afrikaans is a language spoken in South Africa, where the quagga was from. You don't have to judge me on this, I just wanted to mention it ^^)
