Your Founder needs to be at least a Young Adult. Having them be 2 years old would make them a Kit, which Kits aren't allowed to be Founders since they're too young. Please read the Species Information and change your form.

The Pack link also doesn't work, it sends me to the page to make a post on the character storage form, not the pack's page.
