Bette's favorite thing only comes around for a short time every year, and to some it may seem silly but to her it's not. Bette spent a lot of her time indoors, her previous owner not often letting her out to graze or explore as the grass in the pastures was virtually gone and they were unable to afford to replant any, unfortunately due to their financial issues, they had to part ways with Bette, where she was taken to Polar North. During the wintertime, she still spent time indoors, though she seemed to be frightened of the snow when she was allowed out into the pastures, however over time she became accustomed to it and doesn't mind it as much anymore. When the spring came, however, her eyes grew wide with amazement as the once-dead grass now bloomed to life and sprawled for miles and miles over the hills and plains, and while this was her first favorite thing to see, her true favorite came along a few weeks later. Beautiful yellow buds of blossoming flowers cropped up along the hills and fields, a wash of bright sunshine hues filling her vision and a sweet scent wafted around her. Bette had never seen such beautiful flowers before, only ever seeing the occasional dandelion here and there, but when she did see them, they had turned to puffballs, so this was the very first time Bette had ever seen... Well, anything yellow! To this day, she is always amazed by the way these little flowers slumber so deep underground during the winter only to wriggle their way up towards the sun every spring.
