For lack of a proper one, Rand is the mascot of VOK! The only thing important or canon about him, is that he's friend shaped and he's really good at Monopoly.
NPC Rules:
Npcs can be used by ANYONE, and have no owner. They have personalities that are built upon by the community, and added to as the lion is developed through how people use them, but you are not confined to using their official personalities and tweaking their abilities and other to fit your world is allowed. Official NPCS can be used in prompts.
Official NPCS do not count towards any users lion count. They do not officially belong to anyone (And thus, cannot be posted directly in your pride/on your toyhouse/ect.) You may link to this lion and include them in your content and stories.
Each NPC can be used in breedings ONCE per user. You will guaranteed get ONE cub if breeding with an NPC lion (With no chance of higher numbers). You will have a small chance at their special restricted traits. You will post a nursery ticket with this lion just as you would any other lion. This lion has unlimited breeding slots as a whole. You may NOT use items for these breedings, as the traits are intended to be a potential bonus/special reward, not the reason for the breeding
**New rule added 2/3: NPCS can ONLY breed with first gen lions, this is to limit accidental inbreeding as much as possible
