Information; E-4 otherwise known as The Sun Gods Saint as an approximately 7'9'' Dream Walker/Kitsune mix. E-4 is the only known Dreamwalker mix as of 30/11/██ and the only known Kitsune to be missing tails due to injury. E-4 exhibits extreme acceleration of Special Attack and HP; taking on damage without issue and dealing mass amounts of magic damage without breaking a sweat.
E-4 is believed to be a guard or ████ of E-1, The Sun God. E-4 exhibits accelerated stats during exposure to sunlight as such should not have windows within its containment.
E-4 is to be contained within a 5x5 stainless steel box, with a standard room within the containment. E-4 is to be given all its required sustinance through a small elevator. Delivery of items through the small elevator are to be supervised by at least 2 RRT members and 1 CBG manager; any breach of containment or damage to containment should be flagged with a Class 1 danger note and fixed A.S.A.P
If interviewed, E-4 is not to come into direct contact with the interviewers and instead talk through a speaker and microphone set up. All interviews are to be recorded and given to The onsite manager Dr.██████ within 1 hour of recording. an administrative board member within 5-10 minutes of recording.* If E-4 exhibits any form of violent behaviours during the review, the review is to be ceased immediately and at least 3 RRT guards are to be called to the containments observatory.
E-4 is no longer permitted to have possession over the following items unless stated otherwise due to incident-██-B:
Any form of VHS tape. Any form of musical or play on recording. Unsupervised access to any television and its contents. Access to a computer. Access to cosplay items which imitate weapons.
E-4 also cannot request to be "Removed from Santa's naughty list". Please stop telling E-4 phrases to say to interviewers during vital reviews. It was funny once.

*Any vital or otherwise mallicious information gained from E-4 is to be given to Overseers as apposed to Board members.
