Not gonna lie, my designing skills today are not up to par (mostly because my brain is blanking), but I also wanted to work on a Shamkhyi, so, this is a Pick-Your-Own-Palette!
The 'Make a wish' aspect: list a trait that you would possibly like to see. I'll rng roll a number to see if you get it. If you do, I'll add it. The only standard trait that I'll allow is 'tattoo' and everything that's already on the trait list. Everything else is fair game. If it is something that requires a description (like a tattoo or accessory), please describe what you want in particular. The Shamkhyi already has fur, so keep that in mind.
