I have no idea how to make cat-like designs, much less a tortoiseshell or calico. Regardless, have this attempt at a dilute tortie. I think they look pretty soft, all things considered!

Patches' favorite toy is a little stuffed bear that she found in a corner of the pasture. Someone had had a picnic there and a child left the bear behind. If Patches had not wandered over and spied the worn bear, the child may have been able to find her lost toy, but the heifer claimed it as her own and treasures it above any other thing she possesses. She carries it with her if she needs to leave the herd for any period of time, and she keeps it nearby while she sleeps. When she has calves of her own one day, she hopes that they will enjoy the little bear’s company as much as she does <3

Felina really loves her toy rubber duck!
She loves the way it squeaks in response to her hugs. They have always done everything together, like wade in the creek, Run in the pastures and even celebrating the holidays!~
You'd be surprised how much a rubber duck can withstand.

When one thinks of a favorite toy, they would usually consider things such as stuffed animals, a bouncy ball, a Rubik's cube, something similar along those lines. Something purchased or gifted, passed down from parent to child.

But to Asami, a toy is something that she can find on the ground that she can kick or carry around, something basic that can keep her attention locked on. For her, that favorite toy is a smooth river stone she plucked from the desperate grasp of the rushing river.

Asami can typically be found kicking the stone around like a soccer ball, laughing giddily as she prances about the herd's territory, chasing after the rock as it bounces along. She can even be found sleeping alongside it when night comes, tucking it up against her as she curls in her stall. At Carmody Dell, no one bats an eye as they watch the young heifer dote on the stone, for they only care about her happiness. It's not something Asami can ever be separated from and the herd has come to learn that the hard way.

Asami's favorite toy is a simple river rock and nothing will ever come to replace it.

Favorite Toy: Angelica is a playful heifer. She can find almost anything to play with. But her ultimate favorite toy, has got to be a stick with string and a ball attached. She runs around with it in her mouth tossing her head to feel it bounce off her muzzle and she loves to twirl it around. She can entertain herself with this one toy, for hours on end. Angelica never lets this homemade toy out of her sight. She sleeps with it, she eats next to it, she even drinks with it near her. She treasures this toy and would be really upset if something were to happen to her toy.

Maggie is quite grown up and sophisticated - that is, until sticky hands are involved. Nothing pleases her more than swinging one at various items, knocking them over and retracting her weapon before anyone knows what happened, leading to confusion and chaos. On more than one occasion, Mags has been caught catapulting a brightly colored hand on a string towards an unsuspecting victim, slapping them on the arm or leg with a slimy surprise.
Needless to say, it's probably best to keep Maggie and sticky hands apart - because there is no telling when she might attack. (95)

Amuair has always adored her Star. It's not a real one of course, but to her, it shared the same purpose as one. The small Star-shaped plush holds a touch activated light in its center, allowing Amuair to drive away the darkness whenever it was near. Having always feared the night and all it beholds, her Star quickly became her saviour on days where she was left alone. Despite being a gift of which many believed her to grow out of, Amuair still holds it dear even after all these years. Time may have made its coloring dull and caused it to be without the light she originally loved, but no amount of change could affect how she sees her beloved star. [122]

Kiley loved the way playing her pinball machine made her feel. Pinball reminded her of the “good old days”, before all of these new fangled computer and television video games came on the scene. There was not one aspect of the machine that did not fascinate her. Maybe it was the flashing lights, the sounds, or the feeling she had when she hit the ball just right. Sometimes Kiley played the machine with the intention of beating her record, but, on most occasions, she played because of the adrenaline rush it gave her. Kiley’s friends loved to say that she showed all the signs of addiction—sweating, that fierce look in her eyes, and symptoms of withdrawal when she happened to be away from her machine. They all agreed that Kiley was old fashioned and just did not want to adapt to the newer, fancier games. At the end of the day, Kiley did not really care what her friends had to say about her and her favorite toy. “Just you wait!! Pinball is going to make a comeback and I cannot wait to rub it in your faces when it does!” (191)

Favorite Toy: this beautiful lady has a soft spot for chickens. She's always adored them and that's probably thanks to her grandmother. She's encountered several real chickens in her life, but never really got the chance to play with them, as those encounters were the results of her escaped adventures from being kept as a house cat. Her human had brought her a stuffed chicken instead. Red and white plaid, it was, with a small translucent green bow tied around it's throat. She loved that chicken and totes it everywhere she goes.

Favorite Toy: Cali's favorite toy is this huge ball she found one day. No-one knows where it came from, but it has never left her side since. It's a mixture of silver and green, like a marble countertop. This ball is very light, yet somehow Cali has never accidentally popped it yet. Sometimes you'll see Cali and her friends/family just out in a field, kicking the ball around.
