The light sparkled on the puddles, and to Zinc, it almost looked like it was day. Full moons were beautiful. He sunk his claws into the tiny clawholds in the wall and made his way up a building, pulling himself over a ledge and onto the roof. It was even brighter up here. He couldn't understand why humans thought full moons were evil and supernatural. It was when the night is most serene. He wished it would stay like this forever. Quiet. Calm. Not another living thing in sight. He looked up at the moon, taking in its beauty. He could almost feel it calling out to him. The full moon was part of him.
