Oh, it looks like the prize counter is open now!

It's manned by the tall Kalon whose picture (if you could call it that) you saw posted on the bulletin board earlier,
as well as the surly-looking Kalon that you saw on his phone when you entered the arKade.
While the taller of the two has an easygoing smile on his face as he helps a patron exchange their tickets,
the other looks rather bored, still idly scrolling on his phone.

As you got closer, you could read their name tags; Monroe and Roman respectively.

Both looked rather intimidating (despite Monroe's grin as he interacted with the guests)
and you were left feeling a bit apprehensive as you wondered who would end up exchanging your tickets for you.

Before you realized it, the line shuffled forwards and it was your turn at the front of the prize counter...
