Aziraphale both loves and hates his horns. On one side he loves his horns because they make him feel very dandy and dapper. Aziraphale is a horse of neatness and being proper and his horns just help him in this. However, on the other side, Aziraphale looks intimidating because of his horns. The intimidation helps in the competition ring, but outside of it, it causes horses and people to not want to be around him. Poor Aziraphale just wants to be friends with a few select people, but they won't go near him. Even though Aziraphale has a love-hate relationship with his horns he mostly loves them because he thinks he looks very stylish with them and the few people that do befriend him are true.
