name: pyrrhuloxia (otherwise known as the "desert cardinal", but meena thinks pyrrhuloxia sounds way cooler- she's nicknamed them "p-birds")

pyrrhuloxia: a crested red-and-gray song bird found in the amoorican southwest and northern mooxico. it wasn't a very special bird beyond its looks, but meena still thought of them as the most stunning creatures alive. heck, she was training to become an ornitholigist just to be near the flashy avians. they were truly something she held dear.

Knowing that her challenger won't be able to handle it, Mac jokes, "Or if you don't believe this is really hot sauce, drink some yourself,"
The doubter takes the bait, and the resulting shriek is more than Mac could ever ask for. A smile creeps over her face.
