Welcome to the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project
Euphorian Thoroughbreds are a rare string of the Thoroughbred breed. They come from a single farm simply called “Euphoria” that has horses with mutated genes. These allow them to be able to possess any realistic coat or markings. Everything else about the sub-type is the same. Long, strong legs, a powerful hind, and great speed. Their eyes are soft and the breed is incredibly smart, if not a bit goofy. They love kids and have the rare ability to excel in any discipline. They can grow from 15hh-18hh, though usually somewhere in the middle.
The horses readopted through the Euphorian Retired Racehorse Project are looking for a new loving home and a new job. They’ve tried racing and have either retired or decided the sport wasn’t for them. Either way, they are ready for the next chapter in their life. Some of these horses will come with a little training already, and will have their new discipline already determined. Although others you’ll get to pick how they move forwards!

Show Name: You've Got A Friend In Me
Barn Name: Jesse
Gender: Mare
Age: 7yrs
Height: 17.3hh
Halter: Black
Discipline: Travel Buddy (Is taken on trips if a horse has anxiety with trailers, planes, etc.)
Competition:
Jesse has always been a very understanding mare and has what almost seems like endless patience with others. However, lots of other horses thought she would be just like her parents, who happened to be homophobic. One friend in particular was very nervous to come out to her because of that one reason. That was until she caught him with his boyfriend. Both boys were absolutely terrified that she was about to unfriend them and completely despise him. Of course, that's what they were thinking before the mare squealed excitedly. She then proceeded to explain to them that she has always been a supporter of the LGBT+ community, she just was straight. After that Jesse has always carried her Ally flag with plenty of pride and has supported her friends through thick and thin.

Competition: allie first became an ally to the lgqbt county when she was a filly. She was an ordinary little gal with a lively personality, and made a lot of friends easily. One of her friends happened to be a young shy colt called Eddie, who became quite close with her. Her mom didn't like this fact for a few reasons, and so the time they go to spend together started becoming less and less until she asked her mom about it and found out that Eddie was in fact gay, a comment that her mother snorted at and shook her head angrily. She didn't know what it meant at the time but she learned that he had an interest in other colts and such, and she was a little let down since she had at first thought he was interested in her, but quickly accepted the fact that he simply enjoyed her friendship and she had no problem with him, but her mother stopped him from visiting her after she found out.
This of course didn't stop Alliera and as soon as she was old enough to do her own thing she met up with him one day and she basically let him confide in her and told him she accepted him as hr was and still wanted to be his friend, and they spent all afternoon talking to one another and she gave him a lot of love and support. Even if her mom turned her nose up at him, this didn't change Allieras way of thinking and Eddie even introduced her to his partner and the three of them spent a lot of fun days together. Alliera started advocating for horses ike Eddie to be loved and accepted and made it her mission to spread love and acceptance and educate others that it was completely normal, they didn't have to have a child to simply be happy. Every pride she carries a flag and ribbons and does her best to showers others in love and her and Eddie are still really good friends after all these years, she is still his number one supporter. She helps educate a lot of the younger horses whose parents are open minded and less strict, and helps them accept themselves and give them a safe space and someone to talk to if they realise they are a part of the lgqbt community, and spreads positivity in all of the horse paddocks with her witty charm and loveable personality. She loves getting to dress up every pride month and wear ribbons and glitter.
