I talked it over with jointedwishes and we both agreed that a tail mouth would be a bit too much considering it's technically an extra body part. So, instead, I strapped a neon mask to their tail. I like to imagine that they are on a little bit of the crazy side and speak to their tail often in order to help make decisions... and God forbid someone mention that they're just speaking to a mask strapped to their tail
By the way, the glow is just on the accessories and on the stars in the background; the pattern on the body just happens to be a very bright neon green color. Also, one eye is white and the other is a light green color; subtle, but effective.
